•Drive store performance by leveraging visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes.
•Recruit, retain, and develop top talent; manage succession planning and internal mobility.
•Partner with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy adherence while fostering a positive team culture.

Salary: USD 66,000 - 82,000 annually
