Senior Analyst - Capital Development & Equity

Support the investment team across the full deal lifecycle, from due diligence to deal structuring and senior-management presentations. Conduct financial and business analysis to assess feasibility and viability, build financial models with sensitivity analysis, and prepare investment decks. Coordinate with external consultants and partners as needed, and assist with structuring and negotiating commercial terms.
