Key Responsibilities

•Lead the successful delivery of large, complex environmental assessment and permitting programs from initiation through closeout.
•Provide strategic oversight across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, safety, and stakeholder engagement.
•Direct multidisciplinary teams, aligning technical, regulatory, and client objectives across multiple workstreams.
•Establish execution strategies, governance structures, and delivery frameworks to ensure efficient program success.
•Serve as the primary client relationship lead, managing executive-level communication, negotiation, and issue resolution

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience leading large-scale environmental assessment and permitting programs, with ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, and safety.
•Proven track record directing multidisciplinary teams across multiple regions and stakeholders, including regulators and Indigenous communities.
•Deep knowledge of federal, provincial, and municipal environmental legislation and permitting frameworks in Western Canada.
•Strong financial acumen with experience forecasting, revenue planning, and margin optimization on programs.
•Excellent client relationship management and ability to communicate at executive levels.
