Job Summary

Join Workday’s Japan Financials team as a Functional Consultant for ERP implementations. You will become an expert in Workday Financial Management, gather client business requirements, configure and test Workday solutions, assist with data migration, manage integrations, and ensure adoption of best practices. You’ll work with clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver successful deployments and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Become an expert in the Workday Financial Management product suite and lead on engagements.
•Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through prototype systems, and assist with testing.
•Assist with legacy data conversion from client systems to Workday.
•Complete tasks assigned by the Engagement Manager within the budgeted timeframe and support project management activities.
•Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•6+ years of enterprise ERP solution implementation experience (as a consultant or customer)
•Consulting experience with a consulting or software company
•Functional expertise in at least one: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Projects, Consolidation
•Business level Japanese and advanced English skills
