Senior Battery Mechanical Engineer

Own the mechanical design and analysis of high-voltage and low-voltage battery packs, including thermal management and structural validation. Use CAD, FEA, and CFD to evaluate performance and thermal runaway mitigation, and produce engineering drawings and product definitions. Collaborate across electrical engineering, BMS software, and manufacturing teams to integrate cell-level hardware into system architectures, supporting prototyping, environmental testing, and onsite manufacturing.
