Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle routine customer inquiries and produce design detail using tariff application, extension rules/agreements, service rules, code requirements, and metering requirements.
  • •Plan and close work orders, including as-builts, estimates, necessary maps and sketches, material lists, sag calculations, and switching/valve sequence planning.
  • •Perform routine field work such as locating and sizing services, load determination, distribution easements, staking, and survey work while meeting regulatory requirements.
  • •Track and report work tasks using systems including creating work requests, CC&B transactions, and establishing projects in work management and GIS mapping.
  • •Provide technical support for work requests, resolve technical issues, and support scheduling work with supervisors; assist distribution engineering on project scopes and schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree (preferred).
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license.
