Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and evolve scalable, secure, automated hybrid cloud platform capabilities.
  • •Translate architectural direction into practical, reusable, production-ready engineering solutions.
  • •Drive infrastructure as code, CI/CD, GitOps, reusable modules, platform blueprints, and golden paths.
  • •Ensure platform services are observable, resilient, reliable, and operationally sustainable.
  • •Enable alignment across architecture, engineering, operations, security, and application teams while improving platform maturity over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Highly experienced, hands-on platform engineering experience with a builder mindset in complex technical environments.
  • •Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies and modern software delivery practices.
  • •Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenShift for platform-level capabilities and services.
  • •Experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and CI/CD/GitOps practices to standardize and industrialize platform delivery.
  • •Ability to structure work, challenge assumptions, create momentum, and guide complex technical delivery across teams.
