Job Summary

Join the Founder's Office to drive BJAK’s finance super app expansion. You’ll own zero-to-one strategic projects, support licensing and market entry, research markets, competitors and regulations, and turn founder ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions. Working across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations, and country teams, you’ll build operating documents and resolve urgent business problems end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the finance super app.
•Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring, and operating plans.
•Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners, and business models.
•Convert founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines, and next actions.
•Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents, and execution rhythms; own urgent business problems until solved.

Key Requirements

•High-ownership generalist with strong writing and sharp business judgement.
•Ability to learn new industries, regulations, and markets quickly.
•Comfortable working across licensing, partnerships, operations, market research, and execution.
•Can turn messy inputs into clear plans and ensure follow-through.
•Strong English communication and structured thinking; experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations, investing, or founder-led environments is a plus.
