Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and analyze business needs/gaps, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives to remove duplicate redundancies.
  • •Link and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to produce assessments for reporting and presentations.
  • •Develop and execute systems/processes for gathering and storing data, including daily-to-weekly management of repositories and system updates.
  • •Provide brief outs to management (analysis reports and executive summaries) and communicate with delivery line leads to ensure deliverables are achieved.
  • •Monitor and report performance against baseline targets and calculate business metrics to support financial forecasting, budgeting, and contractual objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical training, certification(s), or BA/BS or equivalent related experience in lieu of degree.
  • •Proficient in Excel for mapping separate data sets to produce final output.
  • •Analytical and quantitative skills to work with and synthesize large data sets into actionable insights.
  • •Must be able to be cleared to support direct labor work.
  • •Experience with tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and/or Tableau for data analytics and reporting (SharePoint is preferred).
