Key Responsibilities

  • •Create technical content and adoption assets, including documentation, quickstarts, tutorials, code samples, demos, and reference applications.
  • •Translate complex AI, data, and application-development concepts into practical learning experiences and reusable templates/playbooks.
  • •Support product launches and developer programs by testing developer journeys, identifying friction, and creating day-one enablement assets.
  • •Design and deliver workshops, hackathons, talks, and hands-on labs for customers, partners, students, and developer communities.
  • •Partner with Product and Engineering to improve onboarding, documentation, samples, APIs/tools, and overall developer experience using qualitative feedback and adoption metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 122,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong technical foundation and experience building software products through prior roles, internships, coursework, open-source contributions, or substantial personal projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with developer tools, APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, source control, and CI/CD.
  • •Familiarity with modern AI development, including prompting, grounding, evaluation, RAG, agents, tool calling, or LLM APIs.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts and present to groups at different experience levels.
