Job Summary

Support the EMEA sales team by demonstrating Fireblocks’ digital asset infrastructure to prospective clients across financial services, fintech, and Web3. Collaborate with Sales Directors, Business Development, and Product to deliver tailored technical solutions—from asset custody and tokenization to DeFi access and transaction flows. Lead pre-sales demos, solution design, RFP technical responses, and customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration with MPC-based wallet infrastructure and APIs while partnering with Product, R&D, and Security.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
•Assess client requirements and design technical solutions integrating Fireblocks into clients’ digital asset operations while meeting scalability, security, and compliance standards.
•Present technical content to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives, across banking, fintech, Web3, and enterprise domains.
•Guide clients through onboarding and ensure seamless integration with MPC-based Wallet Infrastructure and APIs.
•Lead technical responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and coordinate with Product, R&D, and Security teams to address customer feedback.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical pre-sales role in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity.
•Familiarity with financial services workflows, Web3 infrastructure, or blockchain-based transaction models (e.g., custody, settlement, token issuance).
•Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and security technologies.
•Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
•Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
