Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the end-to-end purchase order process for your assigned supplier portfolio.
  • •Coordinate daily with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve shortages, quality issues, and delivery deviations.
  • •Monitor and improve supplier performance using KPIs such as OTIFIQ, error rates, and adherence to standards.
  • •Support weekly operational planning by validating forecasts, assessing risks, and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen supply chain efficiency and prevent recurring issues.
