Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products for associates and customers.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training and LLM inference.
  • •Use open source and SaaS AI technologies (e.g., AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, PyTorch).
  • •Develop and introduce LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields plus 4+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master’s plus 2+ years.
  • •4+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •Experience developing and deploying AI and ML algorithms/technologies for production systems.
  • •Experience with AI services such as LLM inference, similarity search, and vector databases.
  • •Experience designing, developing, delivering, and supporting AI services using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
