Payroll Analyst, HR Operations - LATAM

Support LATAM payroll operations by monitoring and reconciling tax amounts between payroll registers and ADP Global View. Handle employee tax adjustments, review tax exemption applications, and manage mobility/visa-related questions. Coordinate with federal, state, and local tax authorities to resolve tax notices and register new territories. Assist with daily payroll operations, payroll data preparation, audits, reporting, and employee inquiry resolution in a hybrid Mexico City team.
