Job Summary

Lead multiple concurrent, complex initiatives within the Product Execution Center of Excellence, serving as the primary liaison between Product, Technology, Change Management, and Business stakeholders. Drive end-to-end planning, governance, execution, and implementation, while managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment. Partner with teams to support Agile delivery and deliver executive-level status reporting and communications across enterprise-wide product and technology modernization efforts, including Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead multiple complex projects and strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced product and technology environment.
•Serve as the primary liaison across Product, Technology, Change Management, and Business stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
•Identify, manage, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and impacts across interconnected initiatives.
•Drive project planning, governance, execution, and implementation throughout the project lifecycle, monitoring milestones and deliverables.
•Develop executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications; maintain project documentation and artifacts and escalate issues as needed.

Salary: USD 119,765 - 140,900 annually
