Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee pre-construction activities for MEP (constructability, procurement/contracts, project and budget planning) and ensure delivery on time and to quality standards.
  • •Lead construction activities to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • •Oversee MEP system installations and ensure designs align with overall design intent and client expectations.
  • •Oversee construction-phase activities including site coordination, site walkdowns, review of method statements and PTW for high-risk work, and monitor critical-path equipment installation (UPS, generators, SWGR).
  • •Manage commissioning readiness, RFIs and technical submittals, switching/shutdowns/energisation plans and temporary power arrangements, while upholding safety protocols and providing progress reporting/valuations support.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP construction and building systems, including data centre infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, generators, fire, security, BMS).
  • •Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or construction.
  • •5–10 years of project management experience in a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
  • •Fluent in Spanish and English, with availability for on-site work.
