Lead the AI + Tech Solution Consulting pod for Socure, overseeing a team of Solution Consultants responsible for the technical guidance across the sales cycle and product implementation. Key Responsibilities

•Manage the vision and strategy for the Solution Consulting function for the tech Pod and supervise a team of Solution Consultants to improve performance.
•Define and oversee instrumentation and standards across the Solution Consulting team and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and leadership on strategic initiatives.
•Lead efforts to support Socure’s largest, most strategic accounts and own long-term technical strategy plus day-to-day operations.
•Design, implement and maintain playbooks to streamline operations and measure performance, turning data into actionable insights.
•Proactively identify and mitigate risks, while collaborating with multiple functions to ensure successful customer implementations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 280,000 annually
