Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reliability engineers, reliability technicians, automation technicians, and technical staff.
  • •Establish an automation center of excellence (CoE) to scale automation with focus on defect elimination, obsolescence management, and training.
  • •Partner with the digital team to implement generative AI and machine learning in support of digital and automation transformation.
  • •Lead reliability-centered maintenance strategies and predictive reliability data analysis to support root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
  • •Maintain and improve governance of assets and master data (asset/spare parts) and the CMMS system; monitor and report maintenance KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • •5+ years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience, with leadership experience preferred.
  • •Strong knowledge of reliability methodologies including RCM, FMEA, PdM, and RCA.
  • •Technical knowledge of automation and controls in an industrial setting, including HMI, PLC, and VFD.
  • •Experience implementing and managing CMMS/EAM systems and condition monitoring technologies.
