Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in software quality, quality operations, software validation, issue management, technical program management, or related disciplines.
  • •5+ years of experience managing cross-functional issue resolution, quality reporting, KPI management, quality governance, or program execution.
  • •Strong understanding of software development, validation, release processes, defect management, and corrective-action workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, QUAL, dashboards, KPI reporting, and project-tracking tools.
