Job Summary

Embed directly with strategic enterprise customers to design and deliver custom full-stack applications on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. Own architecture and lead design decisions that span backend, frontend, data ingestion and transformation, and ML/AI model integration. Deliver production-grade systems end-to-end while immersing with technical and executive stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Field Engineering to drive seamless pre-sales to post-deployment customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed with strategic customers to design and deliver custom full-stack applications and solutions on the Databricks platform.
•Own solution architecture and lead design decisions to ensure secure, scalable implementations aligned with customer needs and Databricks best practices.
•Design and develop applications across backend, frontend, and integrations, bringing data and AI to enterprise users.
•Deliver production-grade systems end-to-end, from data ingestion and transformation through ML/AI model integration to user-facing applications.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Field Engineering to support the customer journey from pre-sales through post-deployment.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering background across backend, frontend, and systems integration, with proficiency in Python, SQL, Java/Scala, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
•Demonstrated ability to design, build, and deploy production applications that combine data pipelines, ML/AI models, and user-facing interfaces.
•Familiarity integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini into applications, plus using AI code generation tools.
•Proven track record delivering technical solutions in enterprise environments that drive measurable outcomes.
•Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across stakeholders, from engineers to C-level executives.
