Project Manager Lead

Lead and deliver construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and workplace projects (up to €2M each) as the primary interface between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams. Own project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers, while maintaining portfolio oversight through dedicated trackers and executive-ready reporting. Manage procurement and contractor selection, oversee cost and change control, ensure HSEQ compliance, and drive handover, warranty, and project close-out.
