Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate complex meetings across global time zones, including internal and external meetings with executives and key customers.
  • •Manage the team calendar with accurate agendas and attendees.
  • •Arrange business travel and adapt itineraries to anticipate changes.
  • •Process expense reimbursements, invoices, and PO handling with precision.
  • •Support onboarding and ongoing team logistics, including workspace/equipment setup and team events/offsites/all-hands coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in coordination, administrative, or operations roles.

  • •Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, and familiarity with Concur or other expense tools.
