Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic guidance to improve supply chain performance and capital allocation as a trusted advisor to SVP SC and CFO, collaborating with regional leaders and cost optimisation teams.
  • •Drive the monthly review cycle (BPRs) with clear narratives on drivers, risks, and opportunities understood by leadership.
  • •Oversee annual budgeting and forecasting through cross-functional collaboration across Europe.
  • •Collaborate to influence and deliver for Brambles, modelling strong partnership behaviours across the organization.
  • •Lead the SC Cost Disruption program in Europe, aligning sustainability, procurement, plant ops, engineering, logistics, quality and operational excellence to critical success drivers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or a relevant technical discipline (e.g., operations and supply chain)
  • •Certified accountant (e.g., ACA, CIMA, CPA)
  • •Senior finance leadership experience in a multinational, matrix organisation
  • •Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics or FMCGs is a plus
  • •Proven track record of developing and growing teams and delivering across a global organization
