Align customer requirements with optimal instrumentation solutions, apply profitable product tiering, and engage with supply chain and suppliers while inspiring a team of project engineers to deliver value at every stage.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the creation of project proposals for Measurement Solutions in collaboration with the project pursuit leader, ensuring competitive and winning bids.
•Act as the main contact for the local sales team on quotation requests to the PMO team.
•Apply tiered product offerings to enhance pricing, minimize discounting, and improve profitability.
•Collaborate with product specialists, supply chain, and the ETO team to develop compliant, cost-effective technical and commercial solutions.
•Ensure compliance of user documentation while maintaining minimal cost.

Key Requirements

•A relevant engineering degree;
•Minimum 5 years of experience in the process automation industry (field instrumentation);
•Strong technical expertise in instrumentation;
•Proven experience in direct client interaction and expectation management;
•Willingness and ability to travel as required; English and Turkish proficiency
