  • •Define and drive the multi-quarter product vision for Title Launch Management, connecting ingestion, distribution, and platform investments to measurable reductions in manual intervention and turnaround time.
  • •Own product initiatives that make delivering to Netflix effortless, including unified delivery via APIs/web portals, spec-agnostic ingestion, partner onboarding and permissioning, metadata capture, and automated asset evaluation/QC.
  • •Lead distribution and orchestration to simplify the path between ingestion and launch using automation, extensible catalog architecture, and reliable fulfillment to downstream platforms and systems.
  • •Act as the primary product partner to operational teams, translating pain points into a prioritized backlog and pairing operational KPIs with product investments.
  • •Lead and grow a team of Product Managers through hiring, coaching, goal-setting, and raising the bar on product craft.
