Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to strategies and develop, review, update, and implement internal SHEQ policies and processes aligned with industry best practice.
  • •Manage risk through coordinated risk assessments and changes to mitigate identified risks.
  • •Perform scheduled and ad hoc inspections of sites and offices to ensure policies and procedures are followed by internal staff and suppliers/customers.
  • •Investigate non-conformance and conduct audits/inspections to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Support ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 certification, SHEQ reporting accuracy, training delivery, and SHEQ performance reporting with improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •NEBOSH International General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • •IRCA Approved Lead Auditor Training (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 5 years of SHEQ-related experience in a maintenance and/or construction organisation.
  • •Experience influencing partner and contracted organisations in a matrix-style organisation.
  • •Strong understanding of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
