Assistant Restaurant Manager

Support the Restaurant Manager in running day-to-day restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Supervise and coach front- and back-of-house teams, manage shifts and attendance, and ensure service quality. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and health & safety compliance, while assisting with inventory, ordering, cost control, cash management, and daily sales reporting. Step in for the Restaurant Manager as needed and help drive sales and profitability targets.
