Drive the adoption and optimization of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services using SRE practices. Partner across development, operations, and security teams to build reliable, scalable systems through monitoring/alerting, automation, and incident response. Manage cloud infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code, design CI/CD pipelines, and proactively improve cost, efficiency, and reliability while supporting security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute GCP adoption strategies, including migration planning, architecture design, and implementation.
•Apply SRE principles to GCP environments by building monitoring, alerting, and automation to improve reliability and scalability.
•Build, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Deployment Manager.
•Design and implement automated deployment pipelines and operational workflows for continuous integration and delivery.
•Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and monitor performance to improve cost, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, or DevOps with hands-on GCP expertise.
•Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience (e.g., Terraform, Deployment Manager).
•Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipeline automation.
•Hands-on experience with SRE principles (error budgets, SLIs/SLOs) and incident management in cloud/distributed systems.
