Job Summary

Lead complex, cross-functional NPI PCB programs from concept through production within the OPS Quick Turn PCB Engineering Service team. Drive end-to-end technical program management for advanced high-density-interconnect and high-layer-count builds, coordinating stack-up/DFM decisions, materials planning, fabrication, and delivery. Own schedules, critical paths, risk registers, KPI instrumentation, and gate reviews to de-risk PCB and system bring-up for NVIDIA’s product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead internal and external cross-functional teams to execute NPI programs on time, on cost, and to technical requirements.
•Own end-to-end technical program management for advanced PCB builds from stack-up/DFM through material ordering, fabrication, and delivery.
•Drive technical decision-making across schedule, cost, yield, and design risk with suppliers and NVIDIA design teams.
•Build and maintain program schedules, critical paths, and risk registers; lead just-in-time risk-buy and resolve escalations.
•Define, instrument, and monitor KPIs; run gate meetings and post-mortems and translate lessons learned into playbooks.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of recent experience as a Project Manager, Materials Manager, or equivalent responsibilities in NPI.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Technical fluency in PCB design/manufacturing: stack-up, CCL/prepreg materials, HDI/HLC processes, DFM, impedance, and panel utilization.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams and coordinate with local and offshore suppliers.
•Hands-on experience with SAP PRD and PDP / Windchill (or comparable PLM / ERP systems).
