Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the fee schedule and incentive programs (MM/MT, VIP tiers, rebates), balancing market dynamics, competitor moves, and institutional needs against company strategy and revenue.
  • •Clearly define product direction and roadmaps for Custody OES and Brokerage, drive their evolution, grow client and partner base, and optimize operations via self-service portals and process automation.
  • •Own the commercial logic of product lines; build ROI-centered business cases for investments and quantify revenue/AUM impact to drive prioritization.
  • •Articulate strategy, progress, and trade-offs to internal leadership and external institutional clients.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and legal to ship complex changes while navigating multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints (HK, SG, EU, US).
