Provide excellent customer service in all interactions, listening to customers’ needs and guiding them to the right financial solutions. Follow up on questions, handle consumer and business issues professionally, and maintain customer confidentiality. Perform daily office responsibilities including cash handling, balancing records, and staying current on bank policies. During customer outreach, identify needs and refer customers to bankers and business partners for consultative conversations while supporting risk accountability and compliance.
