Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage commercial contracts, procurement, and negotiations in an NEC environment.
  • •Lead post-contract commercial activities, including payment approvals, cost assessments, and contract changes.
  • •Run procurement and tender processes, including preparing tender documents and managing tender evaluations.
  • •Scrutinise interim payment applications, prepare certificates, and manage change control under contracts.
  • •Produce cost reports and forecasts, support project decision-making, and assist with early warnings, instructions, compensation events, and dispute resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement, and/or estimating, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • •Degree-qualified, with chartered status (MRICS) or actively working towards it.

  • •A collaborative, proactive approach with clear communication and adaptability.
  • •Ability to balance site travel with flexible, balanced working.
