Senior Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial and cost management activities across UK infrastructure programmes, supporting contracts in an NEC environment. Manage procurement and tenders, post-contract commercial activities, interim payment applications, certificates, and change control. Deliver cost reporting and forecasting, identify cost-saving strategies, and support decision-making with data-driven insights while attending progress meetings and contributing to dispute resolution and contract close-out.
