Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide networking managed services by monitoring client infrastructure and solutions to detect errors and respond quickly.
  • •Investigate and resolve first-line technical incidents and problems, understanding root causes and following approved procedures.
  • •Handle request fulfillment via telephonic support, ITSM tickets, or chat support.
  • •Execute maintenance activities including patching, configuration changes, and smooth shift handovers for continuous service.
  • •Identify optimization opportunities, escalate when necessary, and update knowledge for process and service improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic understanding of networking technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS, Cisco ISE, and Meraki switches.
  • •Knowledge of common routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • •Highly disciplined handling of tickets day to day, acting promptly per defined SOPs.
  • •Good understanding of ITSM tools and ITSM processes.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in information technology/computing or equivalent experience.
