Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Open To Buy (inventory forecasting) process for assigned divisions and segments to ensure healthy inventory levels.
  • •Manage pre-season demand planning, in-season trading, and post-season hindsight to drive category sales recommendations at channel and category levels.
  • •Produce buy plans by season to meet top-line sales, margin, and inventory turn targets.
  • •Deliver accurate and timely management reporting tools (historical results, forecasts, budgets) on an ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • •Manage space planning analysis and provide capacity and sales mixes for new store openings, refits, and expansion projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage the Open To Buy (inventory forecasting) process for the assigned Division and Business Segments to maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • •Produce seasonal buy plans aligned to top-line sales, margin, and inventory turn targets.
  • •Use advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, lookup formulas) to build reporting tools and analyze retail KPIs and retail math for business decisions.
  • •Partner with buying teams to provide feedback on assortment strategies and buy depth as part of buy review and GTM milestones.
  • •University degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) plus 3 years of relevant work experience.
