Key Responsibilities

  • •Review credit approval for loan closing conditions, lending authority, and lien perfection requirements.
  • •Order and obtain required due diligence items (e.g., title commitments/searches, UCC searches, appraisals/evaluations, flood determinations, proof of insurance, surveys, entity documents).
  • •Coordinate with underwriters and other parties to confirm approval conditions and clearing items before closing.
  • •Monitor work queues for loans in process and follow up on ordered vendor documents and requested information.
  • •Prepare, review, and safeguard loan documents; ensure due diligence is documented/appended to the imaging system and SLAs are met.
