Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily distribution and logistics operations with third-party distribution and logistics providers and internal global control tower and logistics teams to meet service targets, manage cost, and achieve performance expectations
  • •Partner with the Retail Operations team to support key in-country initiatives including new store openings and eCommerce launches
  • •Support operational planning and FP&A/Sr Director Asia Operations to assure revenue targets are hit and align priorities, timing, and execution through planning and allocations discussions
  • •Ensure efficient and timely product flow from receipt through distribution centers to retail stores or eCommerce guest locations
  • •Monitor operational KPIs, drive corrective actions, identify risks and bottlenecks with mitigation strategies, and support continuous improvement programs for cost and service gains

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing third-party distribution and logistics operations supporting retail, eCommerce and/or wholesale environments
  • •Strong knowledge of Korea distribution, trade, and logistics with retail and eCommerce focus
  • •Proven ability to support multiple cross-functional initiatives with global dependencies
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment through complexity
  • •Must be proficient in Korean and English; ability to live in Seoul, Korea, and travel to offsite meetings
