Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
  • •4+ years supporting electric vehicle powertrain systems, including one or more of High Voltage Battery Packs, Drive Units, Charging Systems, High Voltage Distribution, or Thermal Systems.
  • •Strong technical understanding of EV powertrain architecture, diagnostics, and system interactions.
  • •Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and solve complex technical problems using engineering fundamentals.
  • •Experience analyzing diagnostic data, vehicle logs, fault codes, and field performance metrics, with cross-functional experience across engineering and quality teams.
