Sales Cashier (QA)

Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently by operating cash registers and POS systems, scanning items, handling payments, and issuing receipts. Provide friendly customer service by greeting customers, answering product questions, and resolving inquiries or concerns. Maintain checkout cleanliness, bag purchases, and restock merchandise while counting cash at shift start/end. Ensure pricing accuracy, apply discounts, prevent theft through cash handling procedures, and upsell additional products or services to support sales.
