  • •Integrate AI deeply into software development workflows to improve speed and quality of shipping.
  • •Build and maintain production systems with strong engineering fundamentals (testing, design, maintainability).
  • •Develop and deliver AI-powered product features using LLMs and embeddings.
  • •Assess when AI adds value and make tradeoffs thoughtfully across cost, latency, and reliability.
  • •Help define scalable AI-native development patterns, workflows, and standards for the team.

Key Requirements
