  • •Manage ZOLL CMS Territory Managers in the assigned region, ensuring alignment with the Strategic Plan and regional goals.
  • •Plan, organize, and implement sales programs; drive regional performance including orders, revenue quotas, and profitability.
  • •Engage with key accounts and build relationships across the region; hire, educate, retain, and promote talent; coach and mentor team members.
  • •Lead field-oriented activities, spending four days per week in the field with TMs and ensuring adherence to regional expectations.
  • •Analyze regional trends and communicate findings to leadership; supervise personnel, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
