•Plan, organize, and implement sales programs; drive regional performance including orders, revenue quotas, and profitability.
•Engage with key accounts and build relationships across the region; hire, educate, retain, and promote talent; coach and mentor team members.
•Lead field-oriented activities, spending four days per week in the field with TMs and ensuring adherence to regional expectations.
•Analyze regional trends and communicate findings to leadership; supervise personnel, including interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management.
