Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish F&B strategy and lead overall operations, including service direction and operating plans.
  • •Set KPIs and manage key operational metrics such as budget, meal count, costs, and utilization; produce weekly/monthly reporting.
  • •Design service and operational processes to deliver frictionless dining experiences, standardize processes, and create SOPs and automation plans.
  • •Lead vendor/supplier sourcing, selection, contracting, and evaluation, including open bidding processes.
  • •Ensure hygiene, quality, delivery, costs, and SLA standards; handle operational risks and urgent situations, and maintain compliance with food safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of related experience in general administration, employee welfare, or F&B operations.
  • •Experience managing outsourced operators and communicating with vendors is required.
  • •Experience finding new suppliers/vendors and leading contracting and onboarding.
  • •Ability to manage workflows end-to-end (settlement, ordering, receiving).
  • •Experience improving operations using data.
