Key Responsibilities

•Originate and convert AI compute demand for Armada’s AI factory deployments, building a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
•Build a structured pipeline offtake opportunities, anchor tenants, reserved capacity, and strategic compute demand.
•Translate market conversations into concrete next steps for commercial, infrastructure, finance, and legal teams to move deals forward.
•Own strategic accounts and cultivate direct relationships with senior decision-makers at key compute buyers.
•Shape demand strategy for new deployments and ensure opportunities are real, specific, and commercially viable.

Key Requirements

•Must have a proven network in the AI compute ecosystem with a track record of commercializing GPU infrastructure or cloud capacity.
•Able to originate, qualify, and convert offtake demand for GPU capacity across AI factory deployments.
•Strong commercial acumen with technical fluency, capable of earning trust with infrastructure teams, cloud buyers, and AI companies.
•Experience building and managing strategic partnerships, off-take agreements, anchor tenancy models, and revenue-sharing structures.
•Regional fluency across UK, EU, Nordics, Southern Europe, and Middle East-adjacent markets; ability to navigate data residency and public procurement considerations.
