Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for assigned Atlas Population Health capabilities.
  • •Conduct customer discovery with customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and validate solutions.
  • •Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build scalable, intuitive product experiences.
  • •Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes.
  • •Drive adoption and outcomes using product analytics and feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions on launches and implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • •Experience with population health or related workflows such as value-based care, care management, quality, risk, ACO/CIN, payer, or provider workflows.
  • •Strong product discovery skills, including requirements, prioritization, and roadmap development with Engineering and Design teams.
  • •Ability to translate complex customer and healthcare problems into simple, scalable product experiences.
  • •Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
