Structural Remediation Supervisor (Groote Eylandt, NT, AU, 0885)

Lead the safe, compliant delivery of structural remediation projects at GEMCO’s open-cut manganese mine on Groote Eylandt. Oversee contractor performance and quality outcomes while aligning work with governance, safety, and operational requirements. You’ll run daily pre-starts and toolbox talks, ensure remediation works meet approved standards and specifications, support procurement for materials and equipment, and facilitate contractor onboarding and stakeholder interfaces.
