Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, prepare and deliver activities that facilitate learning experiences in accordance with HEI curriculum and implement lesson plans aligned to curriculum objectives.
  • •Observe and evaluate students’ performance and development, and prepare reports as per HEI guidelines.
  • •Maintain daily open communication with parents through conferences and regular updates; foster strong relationships with parents and staff.
  • •Manage student behavior with positive reinforcement and establish age-appropriate rules and procedures; maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
  • •Supervise and mentor teaching assistants and nannies, conduct performance reviews, and oversee training where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • •NCFE Cache Level 3 certificate
  • •Minimum 2 years working with children in a nursery or early learning setting
  • •3–5 years in a similar role with experience supervising others
  • •Fluency in English; knowledge of child-centered education philosophy
