Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings.
  • •Lead architectural staff, run project meetings, and coordinate other building disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
  • •Manage a group of consultants and provide client communication.
  • •Provide technical and administrative oversight to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.
  • •Manage planning, scheduling, forecasting, staffing, and support financial outcomes; review monthly performance data and support RFP preparation.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed Architect or professional designation/education in a design/construction focused field.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Knowledge of BIM principles and workflows and proficiency with Revit software and AutoCAD software.
  • •Preference for experience with Security & Defence and mixed-use projects.
