Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Risk and Compliance with direct client business development, driving client sales, building industry relationships, and developing talent.
  • •8+ years of management consulting experience (Big 4 preferred) with daily customer engagement and delivery excellence.
  • •Experience in one or more industry segments, such as Banking, Financial Services, Life Science, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and/or Commercial/Consumer.
  • •Strong understanding of financial crimes, fraud, risk, and resilience, including risk appetite/governance and credit-related experience.
  • •Experience designing and executing risk management frameworks, including risk identification across operational, reputation, financial crime, and compliance lines.
