Key Responsibilities

  • •Define CNC machining programs for metal parts and cutting composite panel fixtures according to Engineering and preparation specifications.
  • •Assist with specifying tools and equipment, perform digital simulations, and validate/optimize the machining programs.
  • •Develop tests and integrate the program into the distribution system or directly onto the machine under production/atelier supervision.
  • •Participate in demonstration testing with preparation, quality, and production teams.
  • •Support daily production by handling nonconformities and driving continuous improvement activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+2/Bac+3 in mechanical design (e.g., BTS Conception de produits industriels or DUT Génie mécanique et productique) or a professional license in industrial production.
  • •Master CNC machining programming for metal parts and composite panel cutting programs based on engineering and preparation specifications.
  • •Proficiency in CAO tools (2D/3D) and spatial geometry concepts (perspectives, 3D drawing).
  • •Solid basics in production methods and materials for composites.
  • •Able to work with diverse stakeholders and translate findings into practical improvements, with autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
