Own subcontract strategy and execution for U.S. Government work by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating teaming agreements, subcontracts, data sharing, and license agreements. Lead pre-award and post-award subcontract negotiation, including RFP-driven efforts and supplier paperwork review to secure terms, deliverables, and compliance. Partner with attorneys, finance, information security, and technical teams, and continuously improve subcontracting playbooks and processes.
