Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution across teams.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across cross-functional groups.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Identify execution gaps and own urgent business problems that span multiple departments.

•Clear writing and structured thinking with strong follow-through on tasks.
•Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
